Welcoming and being welcomed, like the ebb and flow of a wave, could become a metaphor for a true ecology of relationships. An ecology founded on alternation, listening, attention, and esteem, on curiosity about difference and complementarity, where welcoming the other is no longer a source of fear, but of transformation and enrichment.

How can we imagine a world free from alienating borders, where artists, guardians of a fragile balance, are both observers and activists of a collective thought in motion? By exploring new ways of inhabiting the world, they develop imagined senses of belonging, invent sensitive tools, and open up perspectives for tackling the challenges of the future together. Their works weave together cross-disciplinary communities that unite and create spaces of resonance.

The city's second cultural festival after THE Avignon Festival, this unmissable autumn event, affectionately nicknamed "the huge little festival", continues to assert its place in the artistic landscape and to welcome All Saints' Day holidaymakers in the mildness of the Provençal Indian summer.

 

For the duration of a festival, we invite you for this 32nd edition to celebrate these hospitalitys through exhibitions, meetings, screenings, performances in the most beautiful heritage sites of Avignon, from the church of the Celestines to the chapel of Cordeliers via the Éveilleur, the Espace YiiiiiiY, the Petit Paradis gallery, the chapel of the Saint-Martial temple, the Maison Paisible - EPHAD Centre d'Art.
