CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
32nd EDITION OF PARCOURS DE L'ART
October 16-25, 2026

In the winter of 2020, Le Parcours de l'Art began a new chapter. The festival was then entrusted to a renewed collective of volunteers, driven by the desire to professionalize it and make it a reference for emerging artists, while affirming its vocation as a resource place open to the diversity of audiences.
Convinced that art is a powerful vehicle for community and a sensitive mirror reflecting our vulnerabilities and human experiences, we build on the successes of past editions to go even further. Creative residencies, improved professional support, strengthened connections between spaces within and outside the walls, and a wider range of offerings for all audiences: these are all initiatives that fuel our commitment.
Each autumn, Parcours de l'Art invites wonder, reflection and surprise, offering a stimulating field of exploration through the plurality of contemporary artistic forms.
Thematic
What if hospitality became a right rather than a duty?
Welcoming and being welcomed, like the ebb and flow of a wave, could become a metaphor for a true ecology of relationships. An ecology founded on alternation, listening, attention, and esteem, on curiosity about difference and complementarity, where welcoming the other is no longer a source of fear, but of transformation and enrichment.
How can we imagine a world free from alienating borders, where artists, guardians of a fragile balance, are both observers and activists of a collective thought in motion? By exploring new ways of inhabiting the world, they develop imagined senses of belonging, invent sensitive tools, and open up perspectives for tackling the challenges of the future together. Their works weave together cross-disciplinary communities that unite and create spaces of resonance.
For the duration of the festival, we invite you to celebrate these acts of hospitality through exhibitions, encounters, and screenings. We hope that the Célestins will be experienced as an oasis, a contemporary caravanserai: a place of passage and sharing where fragility and vulnerability, seen as treasures, can be deposited—the living and precious raw material of a counterculture in the making.
